You agree that we are not liable for anything including but not limited to accidents, injuries or death that may arise from practicing learning to swim. All results shown on this page are from our past or current students and we are not implying that you will get the same results. You may get worse, the same or better results. *To access the money back guarantee you must complete 100% of the course material you have purchased and show video evidence of you practicing the course material in a pool every day for 30 days from the date of purchase – if you have not made progress over the 30 day period, you will be eligible for the guarantee. 3.Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you follow the course diligently for 30 days and feel that you are unable to learn swimming, you can request a full refund.
4.Refund Request:
To be eligible for the refund, you must:
•Complete at least 75% of the course content within the 30-day period.
•Submit a refund request by email to ajithswimmingcoach@gmail.com, with a clear explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.
•Refund requests will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of course purchase.
5.Refund Process:
After receiving the refund request, we will review your progress and reason for the refund. If all conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
6.Exclusions:
•The money-back guarantee does not apply to partial course completion or failure to adhere to the course schedule.
•Refunds are not applicable if the participant fails to engage with the course or complete the required assignments.
